Below is a list of frequently asked questions we have received from real people about the Pomsky and/or our site in real life conversations, email, comments on posts or publicly posted in other places on the internet (e.g. forums, blogs, etc.)
Where can I find a Pomsky breeder or puppies for sale?
This is a fairly common question. We are putting together a directory of known Pomsky breeders and suggest you sign up to our email list to receive updates, along with other Pomsky information and related news.
Do you know anything about such and such Pomsky breeder?
Many people are looking for information or reviews of Pomsky breeders they may have stumbled upon while searching the internet. We are putting together a master list of breeder reviews and you can find them here.
If you want to be alerted to new reviews in the future, please sign up to receive our email alerts.
When will your next litter of Pomskies be available?
From time to time, we get questions from eager people under the mistaken impression that we are breeders of Pomskies. At the Pomsky Wiki, we do not breed or sell any Pomskies at all. We simply provide real, fact-based information to our readers.
Given the exorbitant and ridiculous cost of Pomskies demanded by breeders, we are clearly going about this Pomsky business all wrong. In all seriousness, we do not advocate or encourage anyone to get into the dog breeding business.
Also, we have no affiliation or connection to any breeders, do not have any advertising agreements, nor do we receive any referrals from any breeders of any dog breed. Period.
Are Pomskies real?
Yes, and no!
They are real in the sense that there really are people breeding Pomeranians with Siberian huskies. They are not real in the sense that many disreputable breeders who say they are selling Pomskies are actually selling “fake” pomsky puppies (e.g. one or both parents are not pure bred Poms or Sibes). Do you think you are skilled enough to tell whether or not a dog is really a Pomsky based solely on its physical appearance?
